Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each cycle, unless you’ve chosen to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  • Click the Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email, or

  • Contact our support team at hello@alunamate.com

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is either currently out of stock or launching soon.

We may collect:

  • No payment,

  • A partial deposit, or

  • Full payment upfront, depending on the item.

Your payment method may be stored securely and charged at a future date when the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order prior to fulfillment for a full refund. Once the order has been fulfilled, our standard returns policy applies.


Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method at checkout but do not charge it immediately.

You’ll have a set trial period (specified at purchase) to decide if you want to keep the product. If you choose to return it within that period, you won’t be charged.

If you do not return the product by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
